In a step to replace the historical city of Farukhnagar, India -Ferukhanagar, Haryana Cabinet Industry, Commerce, Environment, Forest and Wildlife Minister, Rao Narbir Singh announced an ambitious development agenda here on Saturday evening. Addressing a gathering for the owners of the new house in SHF Holmes in Sector 3 under Deen Dial Jan Awas Yojana, Singh revealed a series of infrastructure projects that promise to improve rail and road connectivity under the state's five-year plan (Panvarashi Yojna).

Developers launched in the year 2022 by Developers SHF Square, even on acres of land, the project was praised by the buyers for timely delivery of housing units.
Farrukhnagar Municipal Council President Beerbal Saini and SHF Homes Promoter Dr. Harish Yadav and Dr. Stressed by Suman Yadav, Singh underlined the government's priority to connect neighboring cities and beyond Farukhnagar. A strategic rail network will soon combine Farukhnagar with Jhanjar, allowing the seamless journey to Hisar, Rohtak and eventually Delhi. Additionally, the existing bypass will be extended to build a ring road around the city, a measure that not only expects to reduce local traffic, but also increases economic growth.
Singh acknowledged the ongoing traffic crises, especially around Dhankot and Chandu Budera, where school buses and passengers face continuous jams. To reduce these hurdles, two new bypass roads starting from this year will be constructed, with a full target set for the next year.

Farukhnagar, which is Singh's political constituency, has long been recognized for its historical importance. With an increase in government support, the city is ready to become a major center for commerce, residential life and public facilities. Singh underlined schemes to develop better educational institutions, community centers and modern commercial facilities, which aims to attract private investment and improve the quality of life.
Singh said, “The government's focus is on overall development.” He said that the city's growth under the Panchavarshan scheme would attract “a crowd of real estate developers” eager to offer world -class housing and commercial projects.
