Lucknow: Five more FIRs were lodged against Ansal API in the alleged land scam case at Sushant Golf City Police Station in Lucknow. In these firings, the victims alleged that they were accused of cheating more than Rs 50 lakh in the name of providing plots, flats and shops. Police said that further legal action will be taken against the accused on the basis of allegations and cross-convenience of evidence.
Advocate Vishnu Dev Pandey, a resident of Chandraodayanagar in Devpur, Para, said that he gave Rs 10.59 lakh to Ansal directors Sushil Ansal and Pranav Ansal in 2015 for the purchase of a shop in Ansal API, but even after paying the advance, they were not given the shop.
Pramod Kumar, a resident of Jagatkheda in Kali West of PGI region, said that in 2013, he had booked a plot of 240 square yard by paying Rs 14 lakh. “But I haven't got possession of the conspiracy to date,” he said.
Third complainant, Ghaziabad resident Manoj Dixit said that his father -in -law had bought a conspiracy in 2012, but even after paying the money, he did not get possession.
Juhi Garg, a resident of Baradari in Kaiserbagh, said that she had booked a flat in 2010 for Rs 6.95 lakh in the housing scheme. “Forget to capture the flat, they have not even started building the flats,” she said.
Similarly, Russell Massey, a resident of civil lines in Kanpur city, booked a flat under the LIG scheme in 2011, but only received assurance instead of a flat.
