Godrej Properties’ booking value grows 31% to ₹29.444 crore in FY25, ET RealEstate

New Delhi: Godrej Properties (GPL) has registered a year-on 31 percent increase in its booking price, which was 29,444 crore in the financial year 2024-25. With this, GPL acquired 109% of its annual guidance for the booking price for FY25.

It was obtained through the sale of 15,302 houses with a total area of ​​25.73 million square feet, which is an increase in the amount of 29 percent year after year.

The company's MD & CEO Gaurav Pandey said, “We are happy to cross the INR 10,000 crore in the sale booking for the first time in Q4 FY25. Our sales booking has mixed at an annual growth rate of 55%in the last three years. Our business growth has been continued with the future Rs 26,450 crore. INR 6,000 crore has been picked up with a QIP in December 2024. The flow is jointly with the flow that we generated in FY25, we will be able to continue investing for development. “

In Q4 FY25, the company's booking price increased by 87 percent quarterly and year-on-year to seven percent. It was obtained through the sale of 3,703 houses with a total area of ​​7.52 million square feet.

The National Capital Region (NCR), Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Bengaluru contributed more than 10,500 crores, ₹ 8,000 crore and more than ₹ 5,000 crore in FY25 respectively.
