Recently, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan gave AD India a tour of their colonial style bungalow-turned-studio, located in Venus Colony, one of Chennai’s prime residential neighbourhoods. The 7,000 sq ft space — featuring two new double-height glass homes sandwiched between a central terrace space — has been renovated to suit the couple’s taste while also retaining the essence of the bungalow.
Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s comprehensive home studio features exciting elements like a large outdoor landscaped section and a cosy lounge to host guests. As for Nayanthara’s favourite space in the home studio? “My most favourite part is Vignesh’s studio, along with the terrace café lounge where we host guests regularly,” the actress told AD India.

Besides the aforementioned properties, Nayanthara owns other residential properties across Chennai, Hyderabad and Kerala. The actress’ ancestral home is in Kerala while she also owns two properties in Banjara Hills, a premium neighborhood in Hyderabad. Reportedly, she splurged Rs 15 each for the latter.
