To expand its business, the company forms partnership with lands as well as landlords to develop housing projects.
In its latest operating update, Macrotech Developers said it has acquired Rs 4,300 crore with two new land parcel GDV (gross development price) in Pune.
During the entire 2024–25 fiscal, the company acquired 10 land parcels with GDV in MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Area), Bangalore and Pune with about Rs 23,700 crore, which crossed its entire year's entire year guidance of Rs 21,000 crore.
Of the total 10 land deals, the company did not mention the number of outright purchases.
On other major operating matrix, Macrotech developers recorded a 14 percent increase in sales booking, a record of Rs 4,810 crore in the fourth quarter of the previous financial year. Its sale booking was Rs 4,230 crore in the year-old period. Sale booking of Macrotech Developers increased by Rs 14,520 crore to Rs 17,630 crore in the financial year of 2023-24.
Macrotech developers are one of the country's major real estate developers.
It is a significant appearance in MMR, Pune and Bengaluru housing markets. Apart from residential development, the company is constructing industrial and logistics parks in major cities. It also makes the office and retail real estate place.
Macrotech Developers, led by Abhishek Lodha, are currently engaged in a legal battle with the House of Abhinandan Lobha, a company formed by his younger brother, on the use of the brand name 'Lodha'.
