Neworld Developers targets Rs 5,000 revenue across multiple projects in Goa and Haryana

A senior executive officer said that a Gurugram -based realty company Neurld Developers is targeting revenue of Rs 5,000 crore in the next five years from several projects in Haryana and Goa.

The company's first project will be in Goa and will be launched in May 2025, with integrated townships, villages, resorts and development -related development.

The project, which is near the MOPA airport, has already received all necessary approval under the state regulations, including the NA (non-agricultural) registration and occupancy certificate (OC), which ensure transparency and reliability for homebugars.
Neurld developers have acquired a major land of 182 acres in Goa and Maharashtra. The initial stage will be introduced for possession soon, with a selling price of Rs 400 crore.

In addition to its presence in Goa, neurld developers are planning to acquire land parcels in many parts of Haryana for the development of plot under the latest scheme to promote affordable housing in the region. Given its national appearance, the company is searching for opportunities in culturally important places for Mathura, Ayoda, and Merute.
