PioneerUrban to invest Rs 300 crore in a senior living project in Gurgaon

In a joint venture with Pioneerban Land and Infrastructure Limited JK organization, a luxury residential residential will invest Rs 300 crore in developing a luxury residential senior living project in a joint venture under its real estate arm JK Urbanseps Developers Limited (formerly JK Cotton Limited).

Project is the first IGBC Platinum-certified project in Haryana to obtain licenses under the retirement policy of Project Advaita State.

Spanish 2.6 acres of land is under construction and is expected to be distributed in early 2027.

The real estate area requires 2.3 million units by 2030, with growing tilt towards community-based senior living solutions.
