The real estate company said it acquired 10 land parcels in FY15 to develop housing projects with a total selling price of about Rs 24,000 crore. The form had given a guidance for FY2025 that it would acquire a land parcel with revenue capacity of Rs 21,000 crore.
Macrotech Developers have a strong appearance in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area (MMR), Pune and Bangalore Housing Markets. Apart from residential development, the company is also engaged in the construction of industrial and logistics parks. It also makes the office and retail real estate place.
In its latest operating update, the Real Estate Company said it has acquired two new land parcels in Pune, with gross growth price (GDV) of Rs 4,300 crore.
The company said, “In Q4Fy25, we associated two new projects in Pune with a 43 billion rupees GDV. With this we now have nine places in Pune.
10 land parcels acquired in FY 25
Throughout the financial year, the company acquired 10 land parcels with GDV about Rs 23,700 crore in MMR, Bengaluru and Pune, crossing its entire year guidance of Rs 21,000 crore.
The company said it recorded a 14 percent increase in sales booking, which is a record of Rs 4,810 crore in Q4 FY2025. Its sale booking was Rs 4,230 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year.
Booking of sales in FY2025 increases by 21 percent to record in FY2024 to Rs 14,520 crore to Rs 17,630 crore.
The company cut the IT loan in Q4 for Rs 3.2 billion to Rs 39.9 billion. “Despite the significant investment in trade development, on the back of a strong collection, our net loan was reduced by 3.2 billion rupees during the quarter, which increased to Rs 39.9 billion below the roof of 0.5x net loan/equity.”
