Kundli, once considered peripheral, is now one of the fastest growing real estate and infrastructure corridors in Northern NCR. The recently inaugurated Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) now connects NH-1 directly to IGI Airport and Gurugram,
Travel time to Central Delhi less than 40 minutes. With the KMP Expressway, the upcoming Delhi Metro extension and the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor, Kundli is rapidly getting integrated into the high-speed connectivity network of NCR.

TDI Infrastructure has distributed over 2,500 acres of land in Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Earlier this year, the group became debt free after clearing dues of over Rs 2,000 crore.
